• In the events of flight cancelled due to technical issues or bad weather, flights will be rescheduled or will be refunded.

All the passengers must show their id on arrival, this can be country’s valid voter id(With photo), valid passport(Copy is acceptable), Emirates id and a driving license.

Any cancellation or amendment before 48 Hrs will be free of charge, within 48Hrs 50% Cancellation charges will be applicable, within 24 Hrs 100% cancellation charges will be applicable. In the event of bad weather or technical problems we will be able to reschedule or refund the amount. 

Photography and Videography are allowed only with non-professional cameras below 400mm lens, such as mobile phones, small cameras DSLR, Go-pro(Without stick). All the passengers must adhere instructions from the ground staff for taking photos and videos.

Tour operator reserves the rights to refuse, in case of inappropriate behaviour or carriage of unsafe items which can cause injury or uncomfort to other passengers, aircraft or staff.

2 Yrs complete and above are allowed to experience our tours

2 – 11 Yrs will be considered children 

12 Yrs complete and above will be considered as an adults.

Children to be supervised by accompanied adults all the time.

All the passengers must arrive 45 Mins prior to flight time, failing will be resulted in 100% cancellation charges.

Due to safety regulation, limited space availability in the aircraft, all the baggage, large purses are not allowed inside the helicopter.

We take no responsibility for forgotten or lost items.

For suitable claim will be reviewed and after reviewing will be refunded within 10 working days.

Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
