We require advance notice at least 4 days in advance in order to arrange all the activity as per clients convenience. We are committed to offer our best experience of a lifetime, however in the event of seats unavailability or any unavoidable circumstances such as, bad weather, technical issues or any unavoidable scenario arise, then bookhelicoptertour LLC reserve the rights to reschedule or refund the remaining unutilized tickets for that particular activities.
Tickets are not for resale or exchange, nontransferable, and non refundable.
These deals cannot combine with any offers or any means and seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Bookhelicoptertour LLC reserves the rights to offer you reserved activities at our authorized partners locations.
- Infants, Children (below 3 years old), Pregnant ladies, Senior citizens with acute heart conditions and adults with back / spinal issues are not recommended for the dune bashing activity.
- All our desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed best desert safari drivers.
- All our Vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features such as FLS (Fire, Life and safety), Roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS and a First Aid box.
- Seats are not pre-booked on a first come first serve basis.
- Carrying Alcohol during the trip as against UAE laws. Please refrain from the same.
- Summer in UAE starts from April till September with June, July and August being peak summer period Winter in UAE starts from October till March with December and January being peak winter period,
- Guests should take care of their personal belongings during the course of desert safari. Raptor Team Tourism is not responsible for any lose of valuable belongings.

All the flights will take off from centrally located area. We offer two locations

5 Passengers are allowed in each ride.
Prices for children and adults will remain the same. Maximum two children from 2-11 yrs are allowed in each ride.
Any cancellation or amendment before 48 Hrs will be free of charge, within 48Hrs 50% Cancellation charges will be applicable, within 24 Hrs 100% cancellation charges will be applicable. In the event of bad weather or technical problems we will be able to reschedule or refund the amount.
Taking photos and videos are allowed from mobile phones, non-professional cameras below 400mm lens and Go-Pro(Without stick).
